This policy applies to physical products purchased through the ISEB online shop.
Delivery area
We currently accept online orders for delivery within Mexico. Shipping to the United States is not currently available at checkout.
Order preparation
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Preparation time is separate from DHL’s transit time.
Shipping and delivery estimates
We ship orders through DHL. Once an order has been dispatched, DHL’s estimated transit time within Mexico is 2–5 calendar days, depending on the destination and subject to DHL’s confirmation. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
We will send shipment information to the email address provided with your order when the package is dispatched.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are based on the delivery region within Mexico. The applicable charge is shown at checkout before you complete payment.
Delivery questions or damage
If you have a question about a shipment, reply to your shipping confirmation email or use our contact page. If a glass piece arrives broken, please follow the steps in our Refund and Returns Policy and send a photograph on the day of delivery.
