Los Muertos Beach

Undoubtedly the most famous beach in Puerto Vallarta, located at the southern end of the Malecon and the Cuale River. Here you will find a great variety of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and souvenir shops.

This beach is the only one with its own pier in the city, so it functions as a point of arrival and departure for water cabs to the north or south.

Golden Beach or “Playa de Oro”

Las Gemelas is another popular beach in the Bahia de Banderas Bay. It has an extension of 200 meters and remarkable vegetation, made up of palm trees and native trees that give Las Gemelas a comfortable coolness with their shade. 

When you step on these beaches you will immediately notice their clear sands and crystal clear water, the sea transforms its colors, so sometimes you can see it green and sometimes turquoise blue.

This paradisiacal beach is located south of the city, about 20 minutes from downtown. But there is a price for this treasure, to touch this beach it will be necessary to descend long stairs, which are hidden under a rock.
